NPP Needs Strong Youthful Leaders to Nurture the Party – Chairman Aluta

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman of New Juaben, Chairman Aluta, has emphasized the need for strong and youthful leaders to take the reins of the party.

Speaking on Wontumi morning show with Oheneba Nana Asiedu, Chairman Aluta noted that the current leadership, comprised of older individuals, are due for retirement but still hold office.

He expressed concern that the party’s continued reliance on aging leaders may hinder its progress and effectiveness. Chairman Aluta argued that the youth in the party possess the energy, creativity, and technological savvy to propel the NPP forward.

“The youth in our party are vibrant and dynamic. They have a better understanding of the current trends and can effectively utilize technology to reach a wider audience,” Chairman Aluta stated.

He appealed to NPP leaders to prioritize discipline, unity, and accurate information to restore the party’s vitality. Chairman Aluta emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of inclusivity, where the youth are empowered to take on leadership roles.

Furthermore, Chairman Aluta highlighted the poor communication during the 2020 polling station elections, revealing that some individuals secretly worked against the party’s interests during that period. He stressed the need for the party to learn from past mistakes and work towards building a stronger, more united front.

Ultimately, Chairman Aluta believes that the NPP’s future success depends on its ability to nurture and empower its youthful leaders. By doing so, the party can ensure its continued relevance and dominance in Ghanaian politics.
