A member of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) communications team, Philip Twum Yeboah, has emphasized the importance of thoroughly understanding the party’s manifesto.
In an interview with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement TV/Wontumi Radio’s “Movement In The Morning Show,” Yeboah noted that compared to the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) manifesto, the NPP’s is more comprehensive and impressive.
Yeboah highlighted the NPP’s achievements, stating that they have outperformed the NDC.
He expressed disappointment with the NDC’s manifesto, citing significant differences between the two parties’ visions.
“The NPP’s manifesto addresses critical areas such as education, health, and finance. The party’s vision for education includes free education for all Ghanaian children up to senior high school level. In healthcare, the focus is on prioritizing primary healthcare services and addressing infrastructure gaps. The Innovative Financing policy, also known as Public Private Partnership (PPP), is a key initiative in finance and infrastructure development. This policy involves collaborating with the private sector to develop roads, interchanges, schools, and other critical infrastructure,” he explained.
Philip Yeboah stressed that the NPP’s manifesto contains solutions to reduce corruption and is achievable in all areas.
He also advised NPP members to refrain from actions that might distract the party, urging those no longer interested in the party to take caution.
