Legendary songstress MzBel, has made a revelation of how she lost friends and business deals due to her online banter with Tracey Boakye.
In an interview with Cindy Cash, on To Wobo Twi Mi, on Wontumi radio, 0n Thursday 17th August, 2023, MzBel disclosed that the ‘Papano’ saga she got involved in on the internet with the controversial actress Tracey Boakye, cost her great opportunities, business deals and close friends,.
”It has really hurt me and I am trying to win all of my friends back because of that thing. It really hit. When I get to a police barrier, they tease me with it in a joking way. I am still trying to get my friends back. I lost businesses because of it,” she said.
MzBel further advised Ghanaians to keep their private life away from social media, as they are filled with negative people.
”You have to think and calculate before bringing something out, or you keep something you cherish away from the public, otherwise it will be ruined because people are not happy for others on social media. It just some few followers who genuinely appreciate and encourage you but 90% are there to find faults,” she noted.
