A communicator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ellen Ama Daaku, has said that the financial clearance form has exposed the lies of the former President John Dramani Mahama.
She said this after John Mahama said President Akufo-Akuffo has denied him his entitlement as ex-President.
Speaking on the above with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show, Ama Daaku said that ‘’former President John Mahama called his affiliated TV station only to tell them lies. He said Akufo-Addo is not paying his entitlement as a former President, meanwhile the documents states otherwise. His special aides, assistants , drivers, cooks and gardeners are all paid. Joyce Bawah Mogtari his special aide receives GHC226,044.00 annually, Felix Ofosu Kwakye also takes GHC18,000.00 annually, Frank Ahenkorah his driver takes GHC5,100.00 annually, I don’t want to say everything here’’.
She added that ”this was the same person who was on the necks of the first ladies to reject their salaries. He stressed them till they both returned their salaries. He has benefited from Ghana than any other person, from being an Assembly Man, to a Minister, to ex- President and then to becoming a President, now a former President. Instead of contributing to building the economy in opposition, he is home deceiving Ghanaians. Even his gardeners and cooks are paid’’.
She pleaded with Ghanaians to vote for the NPP come 2024.
