“In the last couple of years as a company, we are focusing a lot more on the welfare of our staff members. Since I became the MD one thing that really baffled me was the fact that someone will come and work with the State Housing Company for more than 30 years and when they go on retirement, they have no place to call their home. It’s very pathetic and unconscionable and that is why we are doing a lot to eradicate that”, he said in an exclusive interview on Movement TV with Kwaku Dawuro.

Salaries of State Housing workers have been increased by hundred percent. We also have housing scheme for our workers. We are doing all these because they’ve been very helpful and hardworking. They deserve workers of the year if I’m to root for any workers”, he said.

Adding that their dedication towards the company despite time hours is amazing.

“You can fall on them anytime and they wouldn’t disappoint you. The commitment and dedication are unparallel…it’s a company I’m very proud to be associated with…”, he stressed.
