A member of Dr. Bawumia’s campaign team, Ellen Ama Darku has told all aspirants of the NPP flagbearership race to stop speaking against, the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia led government.
This comes after some aspirants have begun denigrating the government, in a bid to campaign for their Presidential ambition, which Ama Darku condemned.
Noting that whatever been the case, whoever that emerges victorious would have to campaign based on the deeds of President Akufo-Addo/Bawumia and thus, if they decide to say of sort of ill things against the government, whose policies and projects are they going to campaign with in the 2024 elections.
She spoke on Movement In The Morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio.
“All the ten aspirants are astute members of the party with solid messages and are all part of Nana Addo’s government…this is the reason they need to propagate Nana Addo/ Bawumia government’s works so that it makes it easy for NPP to campaign and market our flagbearer (Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia) in 2024”, she told Kwaku Dawuro
Stressing that this is an internal contest. Hence, there need to remain calm and campaign devoid of insults and attacks.
