A communications member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Kwadwo Adjei Yeboah, popularly known as Nana Kay has advised the party to reform its constitution in the appointment of communication directors.
He made this known when he joined Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show.
‘’If someone goes for an election and losses then he or she is made a Communication Director. The deputy Communications Directors in 2018 were people who went for elections and lost and we have all been witnesses of how our communication is going. These people are very key, they must be elected into office so if they don’t do their job well as they are supposed to, they will be voted out”, he said.
He added that when they are elected by law they can’t use their personal power to take anyone out as they want in the communications team and further said communicators need to be mobilized for training and resourcing so they can deliver effectively.
