The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Public Sector Reform, Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo, has said that the flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the run up to the 2024 elections, has already been chosen.
He said that although the party is yet to vote to elect a flagbearer and parliamentary candidates, the choice is an obvious one. The Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has already been chosen and l think the choice is very obvious.
” I have dreamt about it, and I speak based on my experience across the globe, having visited 69 countries since 1944, and the knowledge I’ve acquired as far as politics is concerned, if I say I don’t know whom the flagbearer will be, then I’m a liar”, he asserted on Movement in the morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio in Accra.
Adding that the obvious choice will win with 65 % of the total vote cast and if that doesn’t happen, meaning the person has failed and he (Kusi Boafo) will completely resign from politics. ‘
Stressing that all those who have pull head to contest in the flagbearership race of the party are capable of leading the party.
