The Member of Parliament (MP) elect for Sekyere Kumawu, Ernest Yaw Anim has promised to work assiduously to ensure that whatever project the government has started will be completed.
Speaking on Wontumi TV after his victory he assured that the government will not renege on its promise to fix all roads in Kumawu likewise the hospital project.
Commending the President, Vice President, Presidential aspirants for NPP and the entire Kumawu electorates and delegates for their support and vote, he noted that more infrastructural development will soon take place to address the challenges faced by his constituents.
“For us, we know what we have said, and we are going to deliver. This is not a lie, this is not to win the seat, this is something that the party was committed to, and the government was committed to doing. The late MP for Kumawu, Philip Basoah, had promised in January 2023 that the roads were going to start by the end of April 2023. The machines are going to be on the roads even after the elections to complete the project and the people of Ghana will see the good things NPP will deliver to Kumawu,” he told Kwaku Dawuro.
He assured that the hospital project will be completed and handed over to the community in August 2023- adding that although he was elected on the ticket of NPP, he wouldn’t serve only the party but be a servant to his constituents too.
Ernest Anim reassured the people of Kumawu that progress will be visible going forward, and that the NPP is dedicated to delivering on its promises.
