A former communications Director of the NPP, Lawyer Yaw Adomako Baafi has asserted that the NDC exploits and capitalizes on the needy and poor in society.
He explains that this is the reason they never initiate any policy or initiative that alleviates the plights of the poor and needy in society.
He noted that although the incumbent government hasn’t been able to provide all the needs of Ghanaians, they’ve been able to do a lot to improve upon the socio-economic life of Ghanaians.
“Ghana isn’t a Jerusalem yet…and even if it is, like the popular adage “it still rain into the sea”. NPP never exploits or make mockery of the poor unlike the NDC that capitalizes on the sufferings of Ghanaians…”, he told Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio.
“The burden of the ordinary Ghanaian is our burden, and it is for this reason NPP always champion pro-poor policies including School Feeding, Free SHS, Metro Mass Transport, Youth Employment, MASLOC and LEAP to support the marginalized…. However, what the NDC does is always do the opposite….”, he added.
He dared the NDC to provide just one pro-poor policy they have implemented.
