A communications specialist at the Presidency, Lady Vera Wiredu has said that what the NDC is concerned about is how to capture power in 2024.
According to him, the NDC will always oppose every decision taken by government just to make the latter unpopular and to win the hearts of Ghanaians.
Her comment comes on the back of resistance by the NDC over the ban on importation of secondhand electrical gadgets.
“One thing Ghanaians must note is that the ban on second hand electrical gadgets is for our own good. We need to know that the price difference of the brand-new ones and the used one are not wide. These gadgets also consume a lot of energy and that our electricity goes off even after recharging within a short period”, she spoke on Movement in the morning show.
She furthered advised the secondhand dealers to buy their items at the stores rather than importing used items into the country.
