Economist and lecturer at the University of Ghana has noted that Ghana is already implementing the Zero central bank financing that the former President Mahama has promise to implement if elected.
According to him, Ghana has been recording zero central bank financing since 2016 and he was expecting the self-acclaimed neutrals to have come out to tell Ghanaians that the policy is already running.
Speaking on Movement In The Morning show on Movement TV, he told Kwaku Dawuro that “he’s highly disappointed that the so-called- neutral lecturers at the University of Ghana, who take over the media waves on Saturdays, couldn’t highlight the highest degree of ignorance of the former President.
