Media personality, Nana Kwame Gyan, has labeled ninety percent of Ghanaian entertainment show hosts as hypocrites, following their inability to headline pertinent issues to help with the growth of the entertainment industry.
Speaking in an interview with Shatta Michy, on Friday, February 17th 2023, on Movement Showbiz, on Movement TV, Nana Gyan called out Ghanaian entertainment show hosts in Ghana as hypocrites, due to their deviation and refusal to elaborate and delve into issues pertaining the entertainment industry, as well as ways to improve it . He however accused some hosts and producers of accepting monies in the quest to be upfront with industry issues and failing to do so in the end.
He asserted that ”Ninety percent of entertainment show hosts are hypocrites. Michy, as we speak if it happens that we have chosen a topic that this is the agenda, lets push the government to do something for our sector, some entertainment show hosts with their producers will go for the money and yet, refuse to discuss it.”
