A communications team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Awal Mohammed, has expressed strong optimism that the party will be able to break the eight based on the calibre of persons elected as national Executives.
Speaking on Movement In The Morning Show with Kwaku Dawuro, Awal Mohammed said “I’m optimistic the team will surely make the party win 2024 elections. We have a solid team right from the national Chairman to the last person, which is NASARA; the last wing of the party. The wide vote difference by some winners like the Women’s organizer tells we have a solid team”.
The Public relations officer (PRO) for the Youth Employment Agency(YEA), further advised the national executives of the party to ensure it selects competent people to assist the Executives as their deputies.
“We should search for competent people for the deputy position; politically exposed people who could attract masses to the party. I plead with the national council to also consider regional balance with regards to the selection, because that is also important”, he stressed.
