Efforts must be ramped up to stop the National Democratic Congress from lying to Ghanaians, Patrick Awuku has said.
The Greater Accra Regional Communication team member of the New Patriotic Party made the appeal on Movement TV by noting that more must be done to curtail the lies the NDC says about the ruling NPP government.
He stressed that even before E-levy was passed in Parliament, communicators for the NDC were out telling people tax deductions had already started when they use mobile money.
Patrick Awuku also noted that the NDC was also responsible for lying to some Ghanaians that the government of President Akufo-Addo was now importing cassava into the country for consumption.
He maintains that the NPP must step up their effort in exposing the NDC when they put out lies.
