Board Member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, has expressed confidence in the club’s prospects for the upcoming season and assured fans that further improvements are on the way.

The Phobians wrapped up the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign in fourth place, finishing with 58 points from 34 matches. While a top-four finish is commendable, the season ended without any trophies for the Accra-based side.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ultimate Sports Show, Dr. Tamakloe acknowledged the team’s achievement but made it clear that more progress is expected.
“We were able to make the top four at the end of the season, but we will improve our performance next season,” he said.
Local media reports also suggest Hearts of Oak are planning a coaching change, with head coach Aboubakar Ouattara set to depart. Speculation is growing that former Black Stars assistant coach Maxwell Konadu may be brought in to take over ahead of the 2025/26 season.
