What Moral Right Do You Have To Criticize Ofori-Atta?- Alhaji Fofana To Seth Terkper

Government’s spokesperson on social services, Alhaji Fofana, has questioned the moral right of former Finance minister, Seth Terkper to criticize Ken Ofori-Atta.

According to him, the NDCs are only taking advantage of the global twin shocks, to criticize the government of which they know, it’s no fault of the government.

He spoke in an interview with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement in the morning show on Wontumi Radio/Movement TV.

He asked “Did the NDC sack Seth Terkper when we told them to do so? Today, he has the guts to also criticize government. From 2017 to early 2020 where was he? Where was Ato Forson by then? They were very cautious to talk about certain things. They are only making noise and are doing so simply because of the global twin shocks, which have affected many countries of which Ghana is not an exception”.

He added that when the finance minister was praised across the world, as the best finance minister for the fastest growing economy in the world, where was the NDCs.

He however, urged that the finance minister begin writing his resignation letter. Because it’s like there’s some sort of hatred against him.
