The constituency first Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), in Dome-Kwabenya, Paul Opoku has questioned the National Democratic Congress to point out the projects they have commissioned in the Volta region.
He said this when he joined Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show on Monday 17th October,2022.
Speaking he said ”The National Democratic Congress(NDC’s) are saying the Ashanti Region supported the NPP but has not done anything particular for the Region. Meanwhile, alot of projects that are giving direct jobs to the people have been initiated in the Region. And is not only about the Ashanti Region, we are screwing development in the whole of Ghana regardless of which region supported the NPP to win power. NDC’s should point out to what they have done for the Volta Region- they should point to one solid project they have initiated in the Volta Region”.
