Former Deputy communications Director for NPP, Yaw Adomako Baafi, has asserted that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is grossly underestimating the strength, competence, and visionary leadership of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer for the 2024 general elections.
This assertion was made during an exclusive interview on Movement TV/Wontumi Radio’s “Movement in the Morning” show with Kwaku Dawuro.
According to Adomako Baafi, the NDC’s lack of vision for the country, inability to provide solutions to pressing problems, and failure to address the nation’s economic challenges make them ill-prepared to challenge Dr. Bawumia’s leadership.
He emphasized that while both parties can identify problems, the NPP excels at finding effective solutions, demonstrating its commitment to Ghana’s progress.
Adomako Baafi cited the NPP’s groundbreaking TVET and STEM initiatives as exemplary models of the party’s dedication to improving education and equipping the youth with skills for the future.
These programs have empowered thousands of Ghanaian youths, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial potential.
“The NDC’s inability to articulate a clear vision for Ghana’s development and their failure to offer credible alternatives to the NPP’s policies is a testament to their lack of preparedness for leadership,” Baafi stated.
