Wizkid has sparked a fresh wave of tension with Davido after taking to X to throw subtle jabs just hours after Davido announced his first single of 2024.
Davido revealed that the track was set to be a banger to mark Nigeria’s independence.
However, Wizkid appeared unimpressed, tweeting, “Pussy boys dropping mid again. Una nor dey tire,” in what fans believe was a direct shot at Davido.
This comment led to a heated exchange, with one of Davido’s associates firing back at Wizkid, accusing him of chasing clout by using Davido’s name.

Wizkid, in turn, responded that he had no need to “beef” Davido to promote his music, adding that Davido was “wack and talentless.”
He went further, dismissing Davido’s discography, referring to all of his 80 albums as “trash” and claiming that his own catalogue contains far superior songs.
