A former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Secretary for the Adenta constituency, Mr. Ebenezer Doku, has said that working in a political party is not about building friendships.
His comments come at the back of the just ended NPP Regional elections.
“A lot of people at the Regional level maintained their seat except a few. The most important thing is to break the 8, we need to come together and work. We don’t need to be friends to work in a political party”, he said.
He added that the party is what is connecting all the executives so whatever it takes to get them to work in unity must be done to break the 8.
