You Were Investigated As A VEEP And Have No Moral Right To Criticize NPP- Adenta Kumi To Mahama

A communications team member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alfred Ababio Kumi, who is better known as Adenta Kumi has said that John Dramani Mahama has no moral right to criticize the Akufo-Addo led administration.

According to him, with the many bribery allegations and corruption that happened during his tenure including GYEDA, Airbus scandal among others, doesn’t give him the audacity to speak ill of the ruling government.

In an interview on Movement in the morning show on Wontumi Radio/Movement TV, he said that ” We were in this country when the airbus scandal broke out. It was during Mahama’s tenure as Vice President that a committee was set up to investigate him and yet he has the audacity to speak about the National Cathedral. They behave as though the national cathedral is just for religious purpose forgetting the tourism aspect-the kind of revenue it will rake into the country”.

He stressed that the NDC hasn’t been able to tell Ghanaians what exactly they will be doing if they are given the mandate.

“NDC does not have any message for Ghanaians, so their only option is exactly what they are doing. Let’s be honest, if they had a message, we would have heard them by now like we did in our case. When we were telling Ghanaians we will implement 1D1F, Free SHS, among others even in opposition. You’re telling Ghanaians to vote for you but have refused to tell them what they stand to benefit from you”, he added.
