Ghana Gas Is Undertaking The Exercise To Put It’s Machinery On Strong Footing- Comm. Director

The Corporate Communications Director of Ghana Gas Company Limited, Mr. Ernest Owusu Bempah Bonsu has justified that reason for the shutdown of the Gas processing plant.

This comes after the Electricity Company of Ghana announced that there is a power generation shortfall as a result of maintenance works being carried out by the Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC) at Atuabo.

As a result, the ECG has released a load management schedule from Thursday, March 30 to Friday, April 7, between 6pm and 11pm.

Speaking with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement in the morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio, he noted that the company is undertaking the exercise to put its machinery on strong footing in order to serve the country well at all times.

Hinting that ” some of the parts have warranty which needs to be religiously followed as protocol demands, and that is exactly what Ghana Gas is doing”.

The Electricity Company of Ghana has released a load shedding timetable to that effect.
